Each seller on our marketplace is responsible for packing and shipping their own items to buyers. Shipping costs, methods, and delivery times may vary by seller.


2. Processing Time

Sellers are expected to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the courier and the buyer’s location. Typical delivery windows are:

  • UK Standard: 2–5 business days

We currently do not ship Internationally


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are set and are displayed at checkout before purchase.


5. Tracking

You will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.


6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If an order is delayed or lost in transit, buyers should contact the seller directly. We encourage sellers to use tracked and insured shipping where possible.


8. Returns & Refunds (Shipping)

Return policies are set by individual sellers. If a return is accepted:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


9. Marketplace Disclaimer

We act as a platform connecting buyers and sellers and are not directly responsible for shipping, delivery, or courier performance.
