Welcome to Layra. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Layra

Layra is a community-driven peer-to-peer marketplace that allows individuals to buy and sell pre-loved South Asian occasion wear and related accessories. Layra does not own, store, or ship any items listed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase on Layra.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under your account.

4. Listings & Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • Ensure all items are authentic and accurately described

  • Disclose any flaws or alterations

  • Ship items promptly after sale

  • Set their own prices and refund policies

Layra reserves the right to remove listings that do not meet platform guidelines.

Seller payouts are released 48 hours after confirmed delivery, provided no issues are reported.

5. Buying on Layra

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before purchasing, including seller refund policies and item descriptions.

6. Payments & Fees

Layra charges a platform commission on completed sales.
Once a sale is completed, Layra’s commission is non-refundable.

7. Refunds & Returns

Refunds are at the discretion of individual sellers. Layra does not guarantee refunds unless a listing breaches platform guidelines.

8. Prohibited Items

The following may not be sold on Layra:

  • Counterfeit or replica goods

  • Items that violate copyright or trademark laws

  • Used intimate wear

  • Hazardous or illegal items

9. Disputes

Layra may assist in communication between buyers and sellers but is not responsible for enforcing refunds or returns.

10. Limitation of Liability

Layra is not responsible for:

  • Seller or buyer behaviour

  • Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments

  • Inaccurate listings

Use of Layra is at your own risk.

11. Account Termination

Layra may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Layra community.

12. Privacy

Use of Layra is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

Layra may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
